Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will act as a trusted residential plumbing expert, handling the following daily tasks:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, and install residential plumbing systems (including water, gas, drain, and sewer lines).
- Accurately install and repair various plumbing fixtures and home equipment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by clearly explaining repair options and providing transparent estimates to homeowners.
- Generate precise digital invoices and complete daily administrative documentation.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and professional workplace conduct.
Candidate Qualifications & Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Licensing: Must possess an active and valid Texas Journeyman Plumbing License.
Experience: Proven background in residential service, troubleshooting, and repair.
Driving Record: Valid driver's license with a clean driving history (non-negotiable).
Tech & Soft Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, clear communication skills, and the ability to comfortably use basic smartphone/computer applications.
Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably navigate residential work environments (including attics, crawl spaces, and tight or elevated areas).
Background Check: Must be willing to undergo a background check (evaluated on a case-by-case basis).
