Job Description
What We're Looking For:
- Responsible Drive to Client Sites: Hit the road in our company truck, ensuring prompt and professional arrival at client locations.
- Ensure Project Completion and Customer Satisfaction: From start to finish, guarantee the successful execution of projects while prioritizing customer happiness.
- Promote Safety, Quality, and Productivity: Uphold our commitment to safety, quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and efficient productivity on every job site.
- Expert Conduit Bending: Showcase your professional conduit bending skills with precision and finesse.
- Install Solar PV Systems: Take the lead in installing residential solar PV systems, including electrical service equipment, wiring, and devices, according to contract specifications and design requirements.
- Adhere to Electrical Codes: Ensure all electrical work meets or exceeds current National Electrical Code and local jurisdiction requirements, maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Put your problem-solving skills to the test by troubleshooting PV systems and resolving electrical issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with Inspectors: Oversee interactions with local inspectors, effectively communicating project details and ensuring compliance with jurisdiction requirements.
- Collaborate with Project Management: Work closely with the territory Project Manager and Coordinator to coordinate project logistics and ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Uphold and enforce safety protocols and training programs to ensure a secure work environment for all team members.
- Direct Reporting: Report directly to the Project Manager, providing updates on project status and addressing any escalations promptly and professionally.
Journeyman Electrician Requirements
- Any sort of industrial construction experience of any duration
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License
- Valid driver's license

Average full-time $36 - $40 hourly relative to skills and experience
